1. Information We Collect

To provide the core functionality of BreadIQ across our web platform and native mobile applications, we collect the following data:

• Account Data: When you sign up or authenticate your account via Supabase, we collect and securely store your Name and Email Address.
• Culinary Data:We save your custom Bread Formulations (ingredients, baker's percentages, hydration levels, localized ingredient cost profiles) and Fermentation Timelines directly to your personal database profile so you can access them seamlessly across multiple devices.
• Payment Data: Subscription billing and transaction processing are handled securely by Stripe and RevenueCat. BreadIQ does not directly store, process, or view your credit card details or financial credentials on our servers.
• Device and Analytical Data: On mobile devices (iOS and Android), we may collect basic, non-identifiable technical data (such as operating system version and app crash logs) solely to monitor app stability and fix calculation bugs.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to power the software engine and maintain your user experience. Specifically for:

• Authenticating your identity and securing your personal dashboard access via Supabase.
• Powering the calculation algorithms and the Predictive Fermentation Model™.
• Managing and verifying your subscription tier status (Free, Basic, Premium) via RevenueCat.
• Sending critical transactional updates, system alerts, or billing confirmations.
• Optional Communications: We may occasionally send specialized communications regarding new features, software updates, or engineering fixes. You can opt-out of these marketing messages at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email.

3. Third-Party "Sous Chefs" (Data Processors)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We only share information with essential infrastructure partners necessary to execute the app's services:

• Supabase: Secures our cloud database architecture and manages user authentication.
• RevenueCat & Stripe: Manages mobile in-app purchase tracking, subscription validation, and secure payment processing.
• Amazon Services LLC: Our Supply Room features product links. If you interact with or purchase a tool through an affiliate link, Amazon collects transaction data according to their own privacy policy. BreadIQ is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
